Pavel Kucera

An engineer with 20 years' experience in pharmacy. He graduated from Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno, Faculty of Business and Economics. In 1994 he joined Lachema, where he worked as a mechanical engineer in the production of solid dosage forms, was a member of the implementation team for construction of a production plant for solid dosage forms. In 1998 he was included in the implementation team for a new CTS injections production line, then he worked there as a mechanical engineer. He was responsible for the operation of the line, HVAC and pure media, introduced the production control system, was responsible for repairs and calibration of measuring instruments, participated in SÚKL's and FDA's audits.

In the years 2006-2009 he worked as the head of Technological Department in the Engineering Section of Pliva – Lachema (Barr), was a member of the implementation team for the project of CTS injections isolator line, responsible for the control system implementation. He participated in negotiations and takeovers of equipment in the Czech Republic and abroad. He was responsible for the planning and implementation of maintenance and repairs of pharmaceutical production in Pliva-Lachema.

Since 2011 he is a member of the Pharm Partners team.
